Tinubu Pledges to Wipe Out Terror Threats and Team Up with Global Partners

Nigeria’s President Bola Tinubu has promised to smash terrorism and build stronger links with leaders around the world. He made the pledge on Thursday ahead of a private meeting of top government officials in Abuja, the first such gathering since July.

“We are talking with the world in a friendly way, and we promise everyone that we will beat terrorism,” he told reporters. He gave his word to end terror dangers and assured citizens that the nation stands firm and together in chasing peace and better lives.

“Even with tough politics and worries, we will keep working with our friends,” he added. Tinubu pointed to a recent win where Nigeria sold bonds worth 2.3 billion dollars to foreign buyers, who snapped them up fast—a sign they trust the economy.

“The road ahead is tough, but we are set to push on with oneness and clear goals,” he said. He praised his ministers for sticking to his plan for fresh hope, and called for everyone to pull together on changes to make things better.
