Three former Big Brother Naija contestants, Francisca Owumi, Joseph Ada, and Rico Swavey, have been remembered in a moving tribute on the reality show.
During Monday’s live episode, the house paused for a moment of silence as photos of the late stars appeared on screen.
Owumi, who finished as runner-up in the very first season of 2006, was celebrated for her lively personality and love for dance before her death in 2024 after an illness.
Joseph Ada, also from the debut season, died in May 2023 after health complications, while Rico Swavey (Patrick Fakoya) of the 2018 “Double Wahala” edition tragically passed away in a car accident in 2022.
The tribute served as a reminder of their contributions to the BBNaija journey and the impact they left on fans of the show.
