Davido Rejects Fresh DNA Appeal by 12-Year-Old Claimant

Afrobeats singer David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has dismissed a renewed request for a DNA test by a 12-year-old girl who claims to be his daughter, insisting the issue has already been resolved.
The minor, Mitchelle Anuoluwapo, appealed publicly via Instagram, saying she sought clarity about her identity after years of alleged bullying and emotional distress.
Davido, however, said he had previously undergone five DNA tests at different hospitals, all of which returned negative results. Responding on Instagram and X, the singer denied any biological link and said he has never had a relationship with the girl’s mother beyond the testing process.
He added that he would no longer address the matter publicly, maintaining that the results had conclusively settled the claim.
