Lagos State Seals Deal for 704 Two-Bedroom Units in Odonla-Odugunyan Housing Project. 

The Lagos State Government has officially signed an agreement for the development of the Odonla-Odugunyan Housing Estate in the Ikorodu area.

The project, spanning 9.98 hectares, will feature 704 two-bedroom apartments across 44 blocks.

Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, in a statement on Friday, described the initiative as a collaboration between the Lagos State Government and Access Bank Plc.

He revealed that the estate would include modern amenities such as a cinema, playground, water treatment plant, and well-paved road networks to improve the living experience for residents.

“We’re not just building homes. We are focused on enhancing the living experience for our residents,” Sanwo-Olu noted in a post on his X handle.

The signing ceremony was attended by the governor, his deputy, Obafemi Hamzat, and other officials.
