Lawyer Drags FG, Aviation Authorities to Court Over Unequal Treatment in Flight Incidents

Human rights lawyer Ayodele Ademiluyi has sued the Federal Government and key aviation bodies for ₦500 billion, accusing them of favouring Fuji star King Wasiu Ayinde Marshal over another passenger, Comfort Emmanson, in two separate flight-related incidents.

Ademiluyi claims KWAM 1 faced no legal action despite allegedly disrupting a flight, while Emmanson was quickly prosecuted and jailed after her own case.

He says the contrasting responses expose bias in the aviation sector and undermine the rule of law.

The case, filed at the Federal High Court in Lagos, seeks a court order compelling authorities to act against all involved and to show that no one is above the law.
