Nigerian rap icon and Afrobeats pioneer, Olamide, has revealed that his 12th studio album, titled Olamide, will be released on June 3, 2025, signaling a major moment in his expansive career.
The announcement was accompanied by the debut of Kai, a high-profile collaboration with fellow superstar Wizkid. Released on Tuesday, April 29, the single has already sparked significant buzz online, fueling anticipation for the full project.
Clocking in at 17 tracks, the upcoming album will be Olamide’s most extensive body of work since Lagos Nawa in 2017. It also marks his 15th project overall, further establishing his prolific presence in the Nigerian music scene.
