Street-hop star Portable has taken a swipe at fellow singer Bella Shmurda following the latter’s comments on the Curiosity Made Me Ask podcast, where he ruled out a possible collaboration between them.
Bella Shmurda had praised Portable as a “good man” but stated that their music styles don’t align. He also noted his desire to avoid drama, which may come with working with Portable.
In a sharp response via video, Portable dismissed Bella’s remarks and boasted of his achievements.
“Anytime you wan do interview, no call my name. You cannot feature me. I’ve been to America, London. No be first to blow o. Na who dey blow dey go o,” he said.
The controversial singer also questioned the need for any connection between them, implying he’s in a different league musically and career-wise.
The back-and-forth has sparked buzz online, with fans weighing in on whether a collaboration between the two could ever happen.
