John Pokyes Bitrus, professionally known as STUNNA, is a talented Afrobeats artist born on December 23, 2004, in abuja and he is from Jos, Plateau State, he continues to develop his sound and musical journey; STUNNA grew up in Mopol Barracks, Dei-Dei, surrounded by love and lessons from his parents. From an early age, he showed a strong passion for creativity, but it was during his teenage years that he discovered his true calling—music.
His journey began when he visited a friend who owned a recording studio. Watching his friend freestyle and create music sparked something deep inside him. Motivated by that experience, Hot Bwoii wrote and recorded his first song, and the response was overwhelmingly positive. That moment confirmed that music was not just a hobby—it was his purpose.
He officially began his music career with the release of his debut song, “Chocolate & Caramel (Cover)”, a track that showcased his unique sound and love for meaningful music. Stunna is signed under DDY Music, and he works closely with producers Nasrx and Kinzz Production to craft his distinct sound.
