Former U.S. President Donald Trump has voiced strong concern over what he described as persistent violence against Christians in Nigeria, calling for urgent action to protect them.
In a message shared on his Truth Social page, Trump alleged that radical groups were responsible for widespread killings of Christians, saying such acts should no longer be ignored. He also urged American lawmakers to investigate the matter and propose immediate interventions.
“The U.S. cannot remain silent while these atrocities continue. We must act to defend Christians and other persecuted groups worldwide,” Trump said.
