Volexx Logistics has launched a new mobile application aimed at enhancing delivery speed, customer transparency, and operational efficiency across Nigeria’s logistics sector.
At the launch event in Lagos, the company’s Global CEO, Mr. Onabanjo, said the app reflects Volexx’s commitment to innovation in a rapidly evolving market. He emphasised that adopting smarter technology is essential to meet rising demand for reliable courier services.
The platform, now live on Android and iOS, features real-time tracking, automated dispatch, improved customer communication, and multiple pickup options, all designed to streamline the delivery process.
“This is more than just a digital upgrade, it’s a strategic step toward better service delivery,” Onabanjo said.
The launch event included live demos and staff training to ensure smooth integration into daily operations.
In a goodwill message, Mr. Segun Olukoya, Chairman of Speed Express and Board Chair of the Association of Nigeria Courier Operators, hailed the app as a long-overdue innovation.
“With this, customers can now access courier services instantly without leaving their homes. It’s a major step forward for the industry,” Olukoya said.
Volexx Logistics says the rollout aligns with its long-term goal of fully digitising its logistics chain while maintaining industry leadership.
