His jet departed Rio de Janeiro’s Galeão International Airport at 12:50 p.m. local time (4:50 p.m. Nigerian time) and is expected to land in Abuja by 2:50 a.m. on Sunday.

Tinubu visited Saint Lucia from June 29 to July 4 for a state visit before heading to Brazil for the 17th Global South Summit, which ended on July 7.
