Nigerian airline Air Peace has announced a fare reduction of up to ₦600,000 on flights from various Nigerian cities to London, with an added benefit of one extra luggage allowance.
The airline, in a statement by its Head of Corporate Communications, Dr Ejike Ndiulo, on Wednesday, confirmed that the promo runs until March 31, 2025, with an extended travel period until April 15, 2025.
Air Peace highlighted that its London route is transforming international travel by ensuring seamless connectivity from major domestic hubs, reinforcing Nigeria’s role in global aviation.
“As the largest airline in West and Central Africa, Air Peace remains committed to fostering prosperity through reliable air travel,” the statement read. “With our growing network of domestic and international routes, we are creating opportunities for individuals and businesses to thrive.”
The airline’s Chairman, Allen Onyema, made the announcement at the Silverbird Man of the Year 2024 Awards in Lagos. During the event, Air Peace held a raffle draw, where winners, including Abodede Samuel Opeyemi, Comfort Bassey, and Folajimi Olayinka Oduyebo, received return economy tickets for domestic flights. Osuagwu Nwamarachi and Eremu Precious won economy return tickets to London.
According to Ndiulo, this initiative aligns with Air Peace’s mission to make air travel more accessible while empowering individuals and businesses.
“At Air Peace, aviation is more than just transportation; it is a bridge to opportunities, a catalyst for economic growth, and a tool for empowerment,” he quoted the airline’s founder as saying.
Air Peace continues to expand its domestic and international footprint, positioning itself as a key player in Africa’s aviation sector.
